Donna Brook is a registered nurse with extensive experience in working with clients in crisis and transition. She is a Reiki Master, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Clinical Aromatherapy Practitioner, Angel Therapy Practitioner, and holds Therapeutic Lifestyle Certification.

Donna is trained and certified by Swami Sada Shiva Tirtha, author of “The Ayurvedic Encyclopedia,” at the International Vedic Institute. She has studied energy medicine with Alberto Villoldo at The Four Winds Society. As a holistic clinical nurse specialist, she blends the best of eastern and western practices to facilitate healing of body, mind, and spirit.

Donna Holds a Master’s degree in nursing and currently works in hospice and palliative care. She is an adjunct faculty member at The College of New Rochelle, and an active member of the American Holistic Nurses Association.

My personal belief is that each human being has an innate ability to heal themselves. My role is to be an educator and a facilitator, helping people to optimize wellness and realize their full potential.
